The reception staff is terrible, they keep the window closed and look busy, keep people waiting there for a long time before opening the sliding window. When I call to set up an appointment with my Dr. I always get a message that directs me to leave a message and someone will contact me WITHIN 48 hrs (it s like trying to reach a important figure politician or something), OR I can try my call again later. They send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy on different occasions
