Extremely rude and uncaring owners behind the till.I am paying and he starts COUGHING on my items on the counter, so most likely also on me as there is a huge gap in the shielding they have put up.When asked politely if he could put his mask on he refused saying he didnt have to as they have this shield. Disgusting customer service and unsafe.

The owner is extremely rude and homophobic. He and staff are also not wearing masks on their faces in the store, despite the mandate.

So wonderful to have such a great community hardware with lots of knowable help if one needs it rather than driving to a box store and getting little to no help. If we shop local we help our environment and our community and it is more enjoyable as well as helpful.

This store is a wonderful fixture in the neighbourhood. I have been going there for years and the people are super helpful. It’s great to be able to support a helpful neighbourhood store that offers friendly, helpful service instead of the large chain stores where a salesperson points in some vague direction when asked where a product is.

Such a wonderful neighbourhood store that has been there for years.They are very knowledgeable about small household appliances and lamps.if you buy a socket there and ask if they can put it on your lamp, they just might and the price will be half of anyone in the neighbourhood.
