Horrible customer service. Condescending and rude sales associate. Only reason I put up with it past the first visit was because I desperately wanted a pair of frames which are hard to find elsewhere. Did not purchase lenses from this company. Will be visiting my optometrist for a more informative response and lesser cost.

Bought glasses there in 2015. Few months later, lenses covered in miniscule cracks. Problem with the coating. Company replaced the lenses. Same problem with the new lenses. But now, their reponse is tough luck. Guarantee expired. 40 years wearing glasses. Never had this cracking problem before. Now had it twice with LF. Don’t say you haven’t been warned.
