Natural Sushi Japanese Restaurant

I'm sorry to disappoint those who are finding a nice sushi restaurant... but this is the worst restaurant I've been to. After reading the review from others, I thought it would nice to have a dinner with my boyfriend at Natural Sushi. However, going to this place ruined my sushi experience. 1. The ROLLS I ordered were Rainbow Roll and Yonge Roll and they were BAD... What kind of Japanese rolls come with thick, thumb sized cucumbers? the cucumbers inside the roll were not cut properly, it wasn't sliced at all.... All I tasted in the rolls were cucumbers... the sashimi on the rolls were not fresh... the pieces were shrinked and very small. 2. The tempuras were chunky and didn't have the taste of the actual tempura bits... 3. The dumplings were so oily....When the bento box came out, the containers with the dumplings had the oil flooding.... I couldn't eat the dumplings because it was just DIPPED in OIL.... 4. NOT-satisfying SERVICE- my boyfriend's meal came out like 15mins before mine... He was almost finished with his meal when my dish came out... I'm sorry but I will never go back there again.. :(....

Nice Price but we got Mushy Rice

My husband and I were downtown for the afternoon so decided to stop in here because they were advertising a $4.99 lunch special. While the price is good, we were both disappointed with the quality of the rolls. We eat sushi ALL the time so we've had our share of excellent sushi. The rice used in our rolls was too wet/mushy. I wasn't very impressed with it. I would like to add that everything else in our rolls was fresh though - we were just very turned off by the rice. A bad batch perhaps? Miso soup was good and the service was fantastic (attentive, friendly, quick). There was only one server and she was tending to a number of tables. Even when she was busy, the guy making the sushi would take the time to greet customers and even seat them. I see that they offer an all you can eat as well. I would pay an extra few dollars to go to a different sushi restaurant where I know the quality is better. Overall, I wouldn't make a special trip to eat here again.

Food is awesome and well worth the price definitely has variety in the menu only down side is sometimes the service can be slow ... so remember to order the second round well in advance I love the atmosphere there and will keep going

beeen there lots of times .. have already lost count.... im a student and this place just fits my budget.. i mean its hard for me cook n all and here i am going there every week... they got great sushi/maki/sashimi... at 11.99 everyday lunch and 17.99 everyday dinner... the dinner menu has 5 times the variety than the lunch.... other that tht..... thers lots more to eat.... trust me ull never get tired of this place..... and the stuff are super friendly... waitress..ther reallly nice

I've been to this japanese restaurant quite a few times, and have generally been impressed. There are pictures on the menu to help the less informed sushi conneiseur, and portion sizes have been very good value. It's a good place to wander into, and isnt usually a long wait for your food. Highly Recommended.
