Staij And Co

Anastasia Nasiopoulos has loved baking sweet treats since she was a little girl. As she got older, the cakes she created for friends and family began to catch the eye of people on social media. “For family birthdays I would make up a cake and post a picture on Facebook,” says Anastasia. “I had strangers contacting me to do cakes and that’s when I figured it’s going in a good direction.” She went on to study cake design in school, and then opened her own business, Staij and Co, in 2014,  with "Staij" being Anastasia's nickname.

At first, Anastasia was working out of her home taking custom orders, but in January 2017 she teamed with her brother Evan to open a cafe. Evan had always wanted to open a cafe, so the two of them teaming was the perfect opportunity to make both their dreams a reality.
