Ung Chantelle Dr

HORRIBLE SHE REFUSED to even look at my daughter's feet. I told her could it be fungus. she said no! Went to to a walkin, they said Yes its fungus.

Excellent, caring service. Dr. Ung is easy to talk to, answers all of my questions & is very helpful.

Dr. Ung is exceptional. I’m nervous going to clinics during this pandemic but her clinic carefully followed protocols and she reassured me throughout my appointment. Most importantly, she care of my issue in one appointment. I’m very grateful.

After several messages, I received a call from a very rude receptionist - she actually said to me "too bad for you, I am unable to make an appt" Not going to this doctor ...

Dr. Ung is a fantastic doctor. Very sweet, commpassionate and helpful. She looks after my entire family and we are all very happy with her care. She goes over and above to help her patients

Dr. Chantelle is a great dermatologist. I had acne for over 10 years and I have been struggled to clear my skin. I have used many different medications and have seen many dermatologists, but nothing worked. Dr. Chantelle helped clearing my skin and now I don't have any pimple on my face. I am so glad that I finally found a doctor that could truly help me. Thanks a lot, Dr. Chantelle.

Dr. Chantelle Ung is great. She is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. Her staff is courteous and I like her dedacation to her patients. Mary N

Terrible Receptionist

I can't even get someone on the phone have been calling since Tuesday and today is Thursday. I have left multiple messages as well, not a single call back. Horrible customer service so far and I haven't even walked through the door.

She is the worst dermatologist and doctor I have ever seen! She needs to understand that medicine and patient care is not a fashion runway where cold vibes and outfit of the days are important. She has zero patience and is coldest person I have ever met. She doesn't take her time to ask her patients ( I was a patient so was my mother with a very bad eczema like condition that's spreading for the last 5 months) there trouble or symptoms. She gives wrong treatment, doesn't listen!!

It is nothing about the doctor, just the worst experience with receptionist ever. I tried to call several times in order to be able to reach the reception. And the lady asked me to wait another 5 minutes for no reasons. She seems talking to someone else at the same time and didn't understand what I am saying. And then as I wasn't able to find a time fit in my schedule and three minutes passed, she got VERY IMPATIENT and SUPER RUDE. After that she just hang up on me.
