Terrible. Anne is horrible with people.
For the past 7 years I have been a client of Mason Bennett Johncox. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All my questions and concerns were taken care of promptly and to my full satisfaction. What impressed me most was the quick response time to e-mails and phone messages.
Initially, there were no problems with the firm. As the end of the month approached and they became 'busier', the service became poorer. My phone number was misplaced, therefore, I could not be reached to discuss the non-follow through of a meeting that people drove in from Toronto for.
