Win Win Chinese Restaurant

There're not so many Chinese in whitby/oshawa area so it makes sense the chinese restaurants in this neighborhood are not that good. It's an okay one for Canadian/American chineses food, but no where close to what my mom cooked for me :)

Suprisingly Good

I have visited many Chinese style restaurants in Oshawa and Whitby and I have to say that I was not expecting this degree of quality and freshness from a fast food place. I would have never ordered from here because I always like to take a look at the menu before I get delivery (which I could not find online) but because of location I decided to give it a try, I mean it's only $30-40 after taxes for their specials so no big deal. When I got my first delivery I was shocked of how much food their was and how tasty it was. Not too greasy, spiced and prepped perfectly, warm, timely, and friendly service. For the price, and for how good the food is, I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about, it's most likely the competition.

Not too pleased.

Wasn't too pleased about the order when I received it, the bag was soaked in oil and steam and the chicken chop suey the bean sprouts were very watery and chicken was very dry. The chicken balls were very poorly battered little chicken and too much batter and dry aswell. The sweet and sour sauce was very cold and also the chicken fried rice was decent the rice wasn't too hard or overcooked. The egg rolls were terrifying the were soaked in oil and there were holes on the skins and the oil got into them and when you bit them grease just dripped. Also, the man on the phone sounded like he was very frustrated of my 2 substitutions.

Honestly... go to NoFrills and buy the boxed Chinese food. Same thing. Didn't find WinWin that great AT ALL. Waste of money. Could have gotten the same stuff cheaper at NoFrills.
