Purchased a $10k spa from Richard in 2010. Last year I had a leak and asked him to come out and service it. I would happily pay. He preferred to walk me through the diagnostics. In following his erroneous/unclear instructions, I created another problem which Richard would not help me with, and i was more than willing to pay. A year and another $1000 later my spa does not work and Richard ain't helping.

I can not comment enough on how professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, Richard and his staff members are about pools, repairs, and trouble shooting problems. They are committed to solving your pool problems and the after care. The best part, they work with you and do not try to overcharge you. Should they encounter a problem along the way, they are quick to resolve. They are not happy until you are happy. I highly recommend Leader Pools !!! Thank you for solving my pool problems.
