Cheers to all the girls at the Woodstock store for being so courteous and helpful they sold me a Christmas light setup that was on display and they were very helpful

Called in for a quote for lumber in the morning, went in to pay in the evening, they couldn't find my original quote so they had to make up another one. I told them the new quote was $150 more. Then they ended up finding the original quote and couldn't explain why there was $150 difference... all they could say was they would not be able to honour the original quote. I'm finishing my basement, I went somewhere else to buy the lumber and have many more purchases to make that will not be made here

Dismal. Charged my credit card, then never called back. Have had to chase them down to get the work done. Promised work would be done within weeks; months later, still not done. Will never use their installation services again.
