Owned by a hands-off Foundation this building is managed by DMS whose owners also seem to be hands-off. Complaints go unacknowledged allowing the on-site supers loads of time to run their side businesses while on the DMS clock. Nothing wrong with the apartments but a negative atmosphere is created by mean-spirited staff who do as little as possible to run the place. So wake up DMS and get some professional (and accountable) staff working here.
