Service non fiable. J ai un rendez vous et la clinique est fermée quand j arrive. Laisser un message mais pas de retour d appel. Lieux désuet.

This place is hor...

This place is horrible. There are 2 secretaries. One has no clue what she is doing and constantly has to ask the other how to do everything. I went there for a physical for school after the CLSC said they were the only one that could do it. They stop taking patients at about 12pm, so their opening hours are misleading. I had a 6hr wait, only to be seen by a doctor that couldn't careless. They had no clue about my lab work or obtaining the results.

They are open till 10 pm- really?

You line up in the morning- you have to stand in line as they slowly take names. After an hour and a half, you get to wait the whole day for the doctor to see 10 patients. I actually watched the doctor fill in a chart for half an hour before even looking at me.
