TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Rude staff, I am really shocked by the employees bad attitude. I talked with two employees and it is like "don't book an appointment here anymore, you are not welcome". Many years with TD and I know very well how nice TD staff behave. This time was not the same. Worse, I received a call later from a TD employee with whom I had an appointment to find out that I talked to someone else who she didn't even introduce herself. You both to whom I talked today karma will get you.

Ive been trying to contact either a representative and the manager Erika at this branch because there seemed to be a problem with my account that they were the obly ones who fan fix and it seems that literally no one bothers answering the phone or listen to their messages.

I asked for checks for my business and they send them four times with differents mistakes in the checks. Once the adress was wrong, second the numbers were wrong, and so on. They charge me for those checks all the timres

Great service

I always get great service at this branch. They're open late and even open on weekends!
