As I was waiting for meat to be ready for shelving,,, what I witnessed was horrific. The butcher had his mask under his nose, he wiped his drewling nose and continued manipulating the meat, as the employees went inside, they lowered their masks on their chin. The knives and cutting stations cross-contaminated, noses running on the meat they wrap with their drewl.... I am outraged!! This all through a window, like it is custom to drewl, no mask, gloves, or sterilisation of knives,hands, station
