I dropped into this establishment and was pleasantly surprised. The variety of gifts and keepsakes was extensive. I found a pet urn necklace that was perfect. I was not expecting it. The owner through chatting and asking about things I was looking for pointed it out. I found her very friendly and helpful. Bought more than I thought I would because it became a one stop shop. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area or driving by.

I visited the shop and was greeted when I first came in, I was looking for a certain arrangement and owner Nancy was very helpful and was able to help me with what I needed. I was also interested in the bath bombs they sell and she suggested certain ones as I can not do very strong scents

The owner should be working behind the scenes as she knows nothing about customer service. Worst service I have ever received. The store was empty and she didn't want to help me basically told me to take my business elsewhere. People like that shouldn't work in customer service. I will never recommend this place as she doesn't deserve the business.
