Wow! I had an excellent experience. All the staff were friendly and professional. I was given a Mercedes-Benz to drive while my vehicle was being repaired, Awesome ride! When I was called to pick up my repaired vehicle it was a pleasant surprise to find it had been detailed inside and out. Thank you so much Chapman team for making this experience painless!

This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through. I just had my Mazda 3 over at Top Point Auto last week, because the brakes were scraping loudly. They replaced the brake pads and rotors quickly, without a long wait time, and the car runs fine. I've had work done there before, and always found the owner to be very easy to work with, and the work done was always good.
