My 92 year old father was given great service from the Edmonton store for a faulty model he purchased at a different store. They did not hesitate to help him even though he bought the model at another Great Hobbies. Excellent service!

One of the male staff asked me if if my boyfriend had a account. If you are a women and wanted to be taken seriously I would not recommend this store. Well layed out and a good selection of products though.
