I got $2047.50 charged for their two hours work which contained #1. Duct cleaning #2. PRV replacement #3. Strips cleaning for the furnace And got defective installation, recalled the service provider three times to fix water leaking issue.

Furnace inspection and cleaning dishonest

Shawn told me to not book through groupon and he would honour the $69 full furnace cleaning price. But when he arrived, Shawn had told me I needed $349 in repairs & cleaning extra - for labour only as parts were warrantied (which he said it was not). He advised that other parts were also broken and would need more labour at additional cost. I later found out the part was not broken. And repair and service costs a quarter of what he would have charged. I am disputing the charge now.
