Not Worth It

I work for a company that orders a lot of glass pieces for a wide range of projects. We recently tried shopping around for different suppliers. I've ordered glass from Bronco Industries several times now, and have to say while their pricing can be competitive, it is not worth the lack of customer service. I've never had a professional person speak as rudely to me as their shipping department woman. I would rather pay a little more to speak with someone professional and courteous than EVER have to try to work with them again.
