Not a great experience. Mountainview has no sense of customer service and the technicians are slow. I was told they dont provide weekend service and no overtime! Still no invoice provided and its been over a week since they finished repairs. The repairs are an insurance claim so they need the invoice to start my claim. Slow and unprofessional.

So satisfied, phoned and electrician was at my door within 2 days. Knowledgeable and quick. Pleasant personality, even in the rain.

Service man came at midnight and completed the job so our water pump would work again after a Fortis power surge fried it. Thanks !!!!!
