Very professional and They were able to work around my schedule!!

I am very displeased with everything about these folks. First, they didnt give their tech my unit # so he couldn't find the place. Then while the tech was at my home he was complaining about his company and how stupid the office is. Then they call me for my credit card and said I never gave them my payment. When in fact the owner, I believe Debbie, had taken my credit card they misplaced. While on the phone the gal realized she had the card # after being so rude to me about not paying.
