I felt I needed to say something about this local business and the dealing with them because it was sooooooo exceptional. We brought my 13 year-old son's remote control car into ABC Hobby and the customer service was the BEST I have experienced in Kelowna. I say that unequivocally. Not only do they know what they are talking about, whether it is the product they sell or something purchased from a different location, they were helpful from start to finish. Word of mouth goes a long way!!
