Kelowna Glass

Im extremely unhappy with the lack of service I received from this company. I had a sales rep come out to the house to quote us on a piece of glass. My husband asked for a quote for Tempered glass but he quoted us for Laminated glass (the more expensive glass). He didnt mention this when he quoted us and was quick to ask for a deposit so we could get the glass ordered. I thought it was a bit pricey so I asked another glass provider for a quote it was half the price. I called Kelowna Glass back

Possibly the best glass shop in Kelowna! My experience there was beyond exceptional.Stellar customer service and advice. Went 110% out of their way to make certain I was happy with the results and on top of that, price for the work on replacing my skylight dome was so reasonable. Will definitely make this my glass needs shop.

They stayed after...

They stayed after closing time to help us when a rock hit our skylight. They taped up a temporary patch on the glass for no charge, and gave the kids hot chocolate. This was during the holidays too. They are great, nice people and happy new year to them!
