Walnut Grove Flower Care

When Linda Karpiuk took over Walnut Grove Floral Boutique in Langley, she recognized that putting her vision in place would be a long process. She recalls the many hours spent redesigning the logo (a simple-yet-elegant flower with six lime green petals), changing the exterior signage and transforming the studio interior into a cozy environment.

Through it all, Linda had one goal in her mind: to create a floral boutique that deeply impacted people on both sides of the counter. Linda knows her customers have many different reasons for coming into Walnut Grove Floral Boutique, and “when they’re there, they want to come back," she says. "The experience is unique each time they come, and the staff treats them with such respect.”

Providing good customer service is a simple concept, but one Linda takes very seriously. Her clients are incredibly important to her and she never takes any one of them for granted. “Every time we celebrate a milestone I go on my Facebook page and I thank them," Linda explains, "I say, ‘Thank you for yet another amazing season.’”
