Great friendly family service. Had my pellet stove installed and serviced yearly by one of the contractors. Great people. I highly recommend them.

bought a insert and got it installed .Installer showed up late by himself to install a 300 lbs unit that had to come up a flight of stairs which the owner knew about because he came to check for fitment.I had to miss work and help the installer bring the insert up in the house.Unit was installed out of level and not recessed properly(1 " gap between the insert and the bricks)Didn't bother waiting for the installer to come back and fix it and just did it myself.

Terrible company!! Roy is a dishonest person and doesn't keep his word. The installer is careless/clueless don't let him in your house! He even complained when I had to have him re-adjust everything because we wouldn't accept the insert with a 1" gap on one side and not being level or centered. Said to us "Good Enough" To top it all off he damaged the unit, the unit was defective and didn't even work among other problems. RUN AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!

Sunray installed ...

Sunray installed a wood stove insert in my home. After using it we noticed everytime we open the door to load more wood it smoked out the living room and had to open all the windows to get the smoke out. So we called them several times to come out and correct the problem. But every time they say they will have there installer call us to set up a time to come out to fix the problem. No call and no show every time. It looks like once they got your money your on your own. Even if it doesn't work. So now we have to call someone else to come and reinstall this insert properly. No impressed with sunray heating and I wouldn't do business with them again.
