ive been taking my 3 little dogs there for numerous years.they are so considerate with you baby and the owner! love them!

When I first brought Princessa (My buddy) to Pampered pets I was greeted right away and got to go in the room with my dog until she was comfortable with the groomer and was very happy with the way they treated her and that they did a great job Cleaning her teeth and shampooing her and cutting her hair .... and will be bringing my buddy back to Pampered Pets. Thanks for such and awesome job.

Brought chihuahua...

Brought chihuahua here for nail clip & teeth consultation. Waited 10 minutes before greeted and during that time were 10 dogs all barking in a small gated area on a bare floor with no bedding or place to rest. It was noisy and many dogs looked stressed and scared. The lady who took my dog to back for nails was pleasant, but loud & abrupt when checking his mouth. She is not a trained technician & would not leave him there for any length of time. He was shaking by the time we left.

I recently had my pet groomed at this salon and I was disappointed, my dog came back very scared. The environment seemed very stressful, pets were allowed to interact with one another. This may be good for some but for mine, he is not a very social dog. He was very timid to start and I mentioned this to the groomer. The clip seemed choppy in areas. I thought I would try another groomer cause I could not get into my regular salon. Boy I learned my lesson, I will be not be so impatient with my usual salon.

Extra Ordinary Service

I have a Bichon and an extremely sensitive/challenging Sheltie. Both were groomed very well. My sheltie also had his teeth cleaned without being drugged and minimal stress. Again, an excellent job. Both dogs were treated with extra-loving care and attention by friendly, accomodating, and professional staff. I have not experienced this at any other place. Furthermore, they have an open kennel where all the dogs stay together (not in separate cages) to socialize, pet food, clothing, and other pet products. Their prices are reasonable too. Nice place! I believe 'Pampered Pet's' truly deserves some kind of small business award for such honest, reliable, professional, and down-home service--which is often rare in our society.They are quite unique amongst pet grooming businesses. I would recommend them to anyone.

They really know their stuff and love our animals

I have tried several groomers over the years and always felt robbed and disappointed. I've had to drop my dog off at 8 or 9 am and they tell me to pick her up at 4 or 5!!! When I explain she has huge anxiety they say to call at 3 and she may be done!! I have found most very inconsistent the odd time my dogs come back OK but more often then not I'm upset! The first time I walked into pampered pets I felt the love they have for our animals. My dog has huge separation anxiety and they understood that and when I bring her in they do her right away and call me to pick her up within 2 hours. They are consistent and the job they do is incredible. It almost brings tears to my eyes when she comes running out because they do such an awesome job and she looks sooo adorable!!! Their charges are very fair. Certainly not more then average, but at pampered pets you get your moneys worth. I cant say enough. Thank you ladies at pampered pets, I sure do appreciate you as does Lizzy:)
