Terrible company to deal with. Very quick and eager for new business, don’t be fooled. Did not install the proper product for us. Materials failed 3 different times and given the complete run around trying to get warranty or replacement. Mysteriously don’t remember talking about sending techs out and the operator describes the company as “a work in progress.”

!! WATCH OUT!! I called Lougheed locksmith to replace my mailbox lock. In the original conversation, I did mentioned I didnt have the key to the mailbox. It was supposed to be $95 + $29 (service call) this is around 3PM on Wednesday afternoon. When the contractor showed up, he insisted to charged extra $70 for unlocking the mailbox in addition to all fees. He even told me its the standard price. IF I didnt agree, I would still have to pay him $29 for showing up. Receipt showed DOOR AID SOLUTIONS
