I've had problems...

I've had problems with my drains for years, After calling Hypro they not only gave me options to permanently fix my drains (other companies did not) they also gave me some tips on maintaining them. Best service i have had from a plumbing company so far

Hy Pro never came...

Hy Pro never came to repair my garbage disposal. They promised to come between 12 and 3 on Feb 23. I called at 12:30 to confirm that they were still coming as I had to stay home from work so they could perform the service. I was assured they would come! Crystal called at 2 pm to say they were overwhelmed with service calls ALL DAY ( not sure why the were not at my original call at 12:30??) At 2 pm they wanted to reschedule for tomorrow! WHAT!!! They want me to waste another day? NOT.
