Very bad customer service. The older Korean lady yells at people

The way the NEW owners speak to people is absolutely disgusting. As a long time costumer who would drop laundry off 2-3x per week I am shocked and horrified with how I was treated here. As a small business owner who supports and lives local I thought it would be good to welcome them to the neighbour hood and I was wrong. I highly recommend you do not use this laundry mat! Over charge, talk awful and do not care about customers

As someone that rarely goes to a laundromat those machines can be confusing. The people that work at old country were very helpful and welcoming

My rugs came out ...

My rugs came out with the same smell and dirt. I paid $50 and no service or compromise or re-wash. My feeling is that they pretend to wash them and only wash the real dirty ones.
