We have hired Arctic snow to remove the snow from our townhouse complex sidewalks and drive. After calling them over a period of 3 days when it was necessary they came to clean 75% of the sidewalks and none of the drive inside the complex. Understand they are busy like every snow company but zero communication and not doing the job properly is unacceptable
