Since opening in 2011, Kitchen Riddles has been offering a fun and enriching learning experience for those who may find cooking a little intimidating. This unique business offers a mix of cooking classes and products designed to ignite (or reignite) your love of working with food. A major renovation in 2013 saw the addition of a new cooking studio, showroom and dining room, making Kitchen Riddles a destination spot for culinary education and shopping in the Lower Mainland.
Says owner Antonio Engel, “We offer six-week classes covering the fundamentals of culinary school. We also have drop-in classes, we do corporate team building, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, kids’ parties, everything really.”
A one-stop shop for classes and cookware, there’s never too many cooks in this kitchen.
Of the products sold by Kitchen Riddles, their Japanese Damascus knives stand out as a customer favourite. “We design and manufacture everything ourselves," points out Antonio, which allows them to offer a higher quality product at a more attractive price point than many competitors.
