“A gift basket has to be visually appealing,” says Linda, co-owner of Unique Gift Baskets, “but also use quality products, have a colour scheme, and consider any health or dietary restrictions.” Linda and her co-owner Tracey know the impact a well thought-out and designed basket can have, based on their years of past experience in retail and food management.
“The whole gift-giving concept seems to be growing,” Linda explains, “and the custom basket business is very big.” With the explosion of growth in greater Vancouver’s development and film industries, sending baskets to customers and clients has become an extremely popular way to show gratitude, welcome a new team member or let someone know you’re thinking of them.
