Cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from this company. The owner is very knowledgeable and gave us much more advice than the competitors, office staff is great and the installer couldnt be better. Very pleased with our new fireplace.

The most terrible experience ever with a service company. Two tries to get a previously well working fireplace working again and the person who claimed to be the owner fabricated excuses and eventually refused to fix it.
