We needed home insurance to complete a purchase and found response surprisingly unprofessional and slow but the worst was that our repeated emails were ignored and our questions not answered. We had to go with another Insurer because after 10 days, we still didn’t have a real quote. Maybe they do not have enough staff and too much of a workload? In any case, need to improve communication and service and listen to the needs of a client.
