I had a very bad experience with Rod. He was hired to go to my condo in Langley City and fix a tub faucet. He spent over two hours plus a service call charge and did not fix the problem. The charge was $382.20 and he did not fix the problem. I spoke with him about his charges and he said that he could not reduce his charge as he could have been working at another job. He claimed that the faucet was a no name product and could not identify the manufacturer so could not order parts.

Rod was courteous, fair, and made the experience of a potentially flooded home not seem SO bad. Who could ask for more?

So happy with this company, Rod was able to come out and fix my tub within 2hrs of my call! He was super friendly and very informative. Definitely recommend Langley Plumbing & Heating!

Fast, professional and did good work

Rod was quick to respond to my phone message. Explained what was wrong, and what needed to be done. Replaced inferior parts that were part of the original construction with good quality materials that should last for many, many years.

We had Rod install two new one piece toilets today,he arrived when he said he would and pointed out some valid deficiencies in the original instalation which he explained in depth and correct. I would highly recommend Rod he is very knowledgeable and we found his work to be excellent.

Rod saved the day for us here in Fort Langley. He called less than 24 hrs after receiving my email and showed up With expert advice, seasoned professional knowledge and tools in hand. His attention to detail was worth every cent and he is a gentleman too. He even took the time to give expert advice to my 17yr old son about the trade. Will be calling him again without question.

Rod is an exceptional plumber. I had numerous plumbing issues that needed to be addressed and when I called Rod he arrived exactly at the time he said he would be there. No waiting around. He is extremely detail oriented and interested in making the job top quality. A bit of a rarity to find someone who cares so much. Only wish I had found him sooner.

Years of great honest service

I've used Langley Plumbing for years and wouldn't even consider anyone else in an emergency. Rod's simply great at what he does - he's honest, reliable and he's been able to handle any problem - big or small that's come up for us over the years. He's a nice guy too!
