We have been taking our vehicles there for over 6 years and always happy with the service. The auto service department has made some staff changes recently and now when I call to make an appointment, I have to call at least 3 times. No one from that department answers the phone and I have at one point, let it ring for 8 minutes before someone at the auto desk finally picked up. I work and cant really afford to spend that much time trying to book an appointment.
