Mission Rona

Ive been going to fraser valley building supplies and now rona for quite awhile..noticed when rona came on board customer service dwindled..the lineups get long and only have one or two cashiers on dity..(i know we were 18 people deep )and waiting.. the cashiers were great..i classify myself lucky if you get any help... but today as good friday checked website said opens at 7.ok went down.. closed..came back home. went down for 8 website said open.. get down there again gates are still closed.

Poor. Their customer service had no interest in helping and we ended up having to drive to the granview store to pick up the door we needed. I have dealt with Rona for many years and have never had service and attitude this poor before.
