Poco Laundromat

NEVER use this laundromat. I put perfectly good items into a washing machine and six or seven pieces came out looking like someone had splashed dirty engine oil over them. Follow up with the proprietor went nowhere! The place is not clean and the machines look run down. I should have followed my first instinct and walked out!

This is possibly the worst dry cleaning business and offer the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life - after ruining a very expensive garment by washing and drying it (label states "dry clean only") the lady told me that it was my problem because she could not read the labels since she could not read english. My clothes are ruined and they refuse to take responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
