one of the best dairy queens ive ever been to, the people that work there are extremely nice and they always are ready to cheer you up. the kitchen is super clean and organized ill always go there
i purchased a tastygo coupon hoping to purchase a blizzard cake.
when presenting the coupon, i was denied my purchase, with the manager stating that blizzards cakes were exempt to coupon.
this is unacceptable. customer service at its worst.
they even said they didn't want our business and demanded us to leave.
i would never step foot in this dq. ever.

I got a groupon deal for this place to buy my little brother an ice cream cake for his birthday. When my dad went in they refused to honor it. The east indian manager came out and was very rude to my father, mocking (!!) his accent. In response to us telling them that they should work on their customer service the manager told us that they could not care less about their reputation. I later contacted groupon and they said that they have received multiple complains about the attitude at this place. Honestly the most insulting experience I've had at a restaurant.
