Yuri was unfriendly, not smile nor extend warm welcome, and avoid eye contacts when you try to approach him. When asked him a question, I learned he cannot hear or speak and only communicate typing on his iPad and making you reply by typing on his iPad, too. As I cant vaccinate due to medical reasons, I did not feel comfortable touching his personal iPad to avoid contracting Covid. He was also not wearing face mask like other staff and did not maintain physical distance. I walked out right away
Apple store experience is always excellent but this time was kind of really weird when I ask young security guy for face mask. He refused to give me the face mask even I told him I have appointment in the store. It’s really shocking. I think he need more training how to protect people when you are doing that responsible security job at the store.
Worst apple store ever! Employees don’t care about customers, if you don’t like how you are treated they just tell you to leave and switch to another phone. Booked appointment for free replacement under apple care+ For defected phone with heating battery and glitches since it was bought. And in the store they told me I have to pay 130 for replacement, which is ridiculous as I already paid for apple care and was advised before I booked the appointment that replacement is free.
Arrogant employees... Chatting and walking around while customers are waiting. If you complaint about customer service , they tell you to take your business somewhere else. I just came to pick up my new iPad, but I promptly returned it for a full refund. Not interested in supporting product from Company that allows employees to treat loyal customers so poorly.
WORST SERVICE AND COMPANY EVER! I've had my MacBook pro for 4 years and am now having to buy my 3rd charger!! How ridiculous is that. To make matters worse the manager came up to us basically laughing. He didn't listen to anything I said even though I tried to have a polite conversation withat him. Moral of the story, apple will never give you a new product, or fix your product free of charge no matter how defective it is. NEVER BUY THERE PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY FROM THIS STORE.
Worst customer service. Stood there looking around for someone to help me out in purchasing a Apple Watch. No one came up to me ask me if I needed help. The last time I'm buying anything from a so called "high-end" store. I might as well buy everything online, since your employees dont seem to help or acknowledge your clients. Also, it would seem to be a better idea to close down this store in the long run to save money from these "employees".
Customer service at this store is absolutely horrible.
This Apple Store is a nightmare if you ever needed service your apple products. People there are reluctant to help you and waste your time and would make you to come back and also force you to book appointment online although they could do that in less than one minute while you are there. Quality of apple products and customer service at this apple store doesn't match.
Very slow and unfriendly staff. Don't keep their words, will never go back and won't recommend anybody to go there.
One of the slowest apple store i ever visit . They don't have enough technicians .Only people there are one who mAKE APPOINTMENTS AND THEY ARE PLENTY . Wasted my more than an hour and still waiting .
