Should have read the reviews before I went. Very expensive fabrics compared to other shops. Rude, arrogant, no efforts to answer questions, not even polite. it looks like you are an inconvenience not a customer. Don’t recommend it.

I love coming here--and to the store in Chilliwack. They have a good selection of fabric, and when I had an issue with my machine, the technician worked five minutes of magic sand didnt charge me a penny.

I read the other review and I have to wonder if they went to the same store i did. Tom gave me an excellent price on a new Babylock Triumph and has answered many questions on my Janome 12000. They are always helpful and Tom has answered all my questions completely and thoroughly. Most of the fabric is quilting fabric, but there is lots of thread and a good collection of notions. I left and other company to come here because of the service.

Overall experience - I found them to be arrogant and extremely lacking in customer service. Their knowledge of my machine - questionable from beginning. I was under impression that I had nowhere else to go. No informative response to any question asked.An expert in their field should be able to take a general look at a machine & be able to give an estimate of service time. Tom was not able(not willing)to do so. No one would take responsibility for anything said. I'll spread the word.
