Took my forklift here for a repair. They had it for 3 months and gave me a rental to replace while repairs were to be completed. All they did was change the thermostat. The bill was $4000. They call later for a survey to rate my experience. When I mentioned that my experience was terrible they said maybe the survey wasnt appropriate for me - apparently, they only want positive experiences.

this is the worst company I have evere delt with . I already have written a bad review on this company and had a bunch of reps come and see me saying things have changed . NOTHING has changed !!!!!! the service is still the shits !!!! I will never deal with this company again.
