Poor customer service
Wind customer needs a new phone NOW (mine died). Refused to sell me the phone I wanted for cash unless I signed up for a second plan. After much discussion, rep phoned owner who said I could buy the phone outright for an extra $50.00 over the listed price. Independent Wind dealer with no accountability. Stay clear.
