Fairlane Collision Repairs are an ICBC certified repair shop. They guarantee their work for as long as you own the car. I took my Honda Civic back for warranty work. They fixed it for free even though the original repairs were done in 2012. Very pleasant staff and nice office. I Recommend them highly.

Terrible work ethic and customer service

After reading several positive reviews i decided to go here to repair front end damage. Should have taken in consideration the age of the reviews. This was the worst decision ever. 1. Fairlane Collision caused damage to other parts of the car. 2. receptionist blamed me for the damage... lucky I had pictures. 3. made it sound like they did me a favour for fixing my car. 4. took over a month for repairs 5. parts missing from car that needed to be reordered even though the car was deemed repaired

Fantastic Customer Service

These guys were outstanding from start to finish. My initial call was late in the day...as I found out about two minutes to close...and yet they answered the phone with grace and helpfulness. There was some initial trouble with ICBC authorizing my repair and the owner guided me to call them and negotiate as he felt they were writing the car off unnecessarily. The best part is that his coaching worked and they agreed to fix my car! When I got the car back it was perfect...they had blended the paint perfectly and repaired all damage. Why go to the majors when you can go to a place like Fairlane and get top notch service and top notch quality. Try them out...you'll be happy you did!
