Went twice for dim sum with colleagues. Typical cart style offerings. Lots to choose from. All around not the best but far from bad. One thing I did find was the dim sum was somehow greasier than other places I have been too. Service was prompt.
Hard to get into on weekends due to popularity of cart service but this may be the reason for Pink Pearl's long being established as Vancouver's main Dim Sum restaurant. The variety changes from time to time but you will not have trouble finding the standards such as shrimp dumpling, pork buns and lotus wraps. It gets busy so arrive at 11:00 on weekends or prepere to wait.

I would always like to recommend to wait for a table on the left side. Dim Sum is always good here.

This restaurant is located on the East side. We go here for Dim Sum, mostly Sat + Sun. The place is always very busy. The food is good and everybody who likes Chinese Dim Sum should go here at least once and try it.
