Quentin C did a great job at my place in Whistler - cleaned the plugged bathtub drain in the master bathroom - fixed the leak under the sink in the second bathroom - also replaced the toilet in the second bedroom - original toilet had a cracked tank - he worked very professionally and efficiently - I was very happy with the results - I have used Spearhead Plmg & Htg over the years at my place in Whistler and have always been pleased with the results - also he came at the designated time

Q came out to fix a burst water pipe , very knowledgeable/professional had all the parts and tools to get it done, walked me thru the process and issue that we had which was great as a home owner . Nice that Saturday service is at regular rate.

Speared by Spearhead! Watch out for these guys! In June, I called them to replace a Pressure Release Valve PRV for my water line that had been leaking. Normally a $250 part and an hour of labour. When I called they took my credit card over the phone before they would agree to a service call. A guy came and replaced the PRV and we got a bill for $1500! The PRV part alone was $1100 (145% markup of a $450 part they used). When I called to complain, they insisted on email communication only. O

Terrible! We waited all day and the plumber never showed up. Nobody called to let us know. The next day a plumber showed up and fixed the small problem but the bill was enormous. Everyone I spoke with agreed that I was gouged. I will never use them again.

Zero stars, we've been bumped from their schedule FOUR times, now it's another two weeks making it 10 weeks from placing the order. Poor communication, leaving customer very frustrated and out in the cold, cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner on BBQ in zero degrees? I'd drop them in a heartbeat if we didn't have to wait another ten weeks to get on another plumber's schedule. Seems servce doesn't count when it's a small job.

For over a month I have been using Spearhead Plumbing & Heating for a house renovation I have been doing. They did work in both my bathroom and kitchen. Their employees were clean, quick working and productive! Doug, who is the owner knew exactly what he was doing and was able to give me some more environmentally friendly options!

The work was never fully completed. The work that was done was not up to my standard for quality. Overpriced.
