We got a quote in May for soffit and fascia replacement and we accepted. They said they would call in the next couple of weeks with an install date. Long story short, no contact whatsoever even after leaving repeated messages. I understand businesses are overwhelmed with renovations because of COVID, but really, if you can’t do a job, don’t say you’ll take it on. Very poor customer service. Don’t waste your time.

Referring honest, reputable & hardworking trades to my clients can be a daunting task. I am an interior designer so the trades I refer my clients to is a reflection of my company and myself. Mike and his team by far surpass my strict guidelines of excellent workmanship and service. They are friendly, smart, hard working and honest.
