Purchased laptop in Oct 2021, was pressure sold Bitedefender Membership for 1 year. JAN 12/33 and I have been trying since December 21/22 when I noticed I was still being charged, the latest charges today after multiple call and speaking with Reps, canceling but they continue to charge my card. There are no options on my Laptop, Mobile, or Online available to for me to cancel Bitedefender that way. They are extremely slow to return calls, I've spent hours and days upon end waiting for their call
