The specialists were very delicate who have the well experience and great design. They also did very well in facial and waxing. It is very worth it to get my nail done here.

Not a good experience at all. Had a gift certificate for mani pedi, wanted a pedicure and shellac manicure and asked if I could pay the difference, which was fine. As soon as I got in, an older women told me to take my shoes off, when I took them off I was carrying them to my chair and she yelled "no! Put them over there!" Motioning by the door. I thought that was a pretty rude way to talk to a customer and I should have left right then.
My pedicure was done abruptly, though the salon wasn't busy at all, only one other person. I didn't even get a foot or leg massage.
My shellac was horrible. I previously had a pink manicure and they didn't even take off all the old polish before proceeding to do my French shellac. I asked her to please take off all the old polish first, it would completely show through the French. They told me that I must have did my nails myself and the bright pink was on my cuticule, not nail. This wasn't true. The older woman who yelled at me before started yelling...very loud...in a different language. I got my purse and sat up and said "I'm going to go, I'll just give my gift certificate for the pedicure" the woman doing my nails assured me she'll take all the previous polish and it'll look great. Whatever, I just sat there waiting to be finished with lower than low expectations...and even then I was still dissapointed. These are the worst shellac I've ever seen. The white is all wrinkled from being in the light too long (I took my fingers out but she made me put them back in) and there is STILL my previous colour on them! Never coming here again. Very dissapointed
Our group were told a different price by phone. Nails were done rapidly (e.g. not symetrical). Owner was unflexible when we explained price we expected. One of our ladies brought her daughter, the owner insisted she get her nails done, although the mother was not prepared financially for this. He said he would give her a special. He charged the mother full prince for her child's nails. He charged the bride for fixing a gel nail they applied. No prices are easily located for services.
