most unreliable appliances company in Winnipeg , waiting since 17 Sep 2023 to fix my fridge and still not done today is 13/2/2024 ...the fridge is only eight months young

Will never shop at this store. Quick to take your deposit/not so quick to return when they can't fulfill your order. No communication with customer-say they will call back-never do! I understand supply chain issues but do nothing to help or provide alternatives! Waited a month to get my deposit back when order can't be achieved. Staff not knowledgeable in product avail/ or return policies. Tired of the many excuses & song'n'dance Shop elsewhere!!

Regular price was the same as competitors on sale price. Had it in stock. Knowledgeable as I still had a question about fit and helpful. Good experience!

The service is so bad.I bought a new washing machine,but it didn’t work.They repaired it for two weeks and didnt fix it. They didnt agree to change other one.It’s too terrible to me.
